Description
The Jr. Dragster jackshaft support helps to stabilize and strengthen the jackshaft. When the clutch is engaged it is actively trying to bend the driveshaft forward. This additional jackshaft support ensures that the jackshaft holds in place and continues its free spin.
Without the additional jackshaft support, the jackshaft can over time begin to bend and warp due to the stress placed on it. By adding an additional support, we ensure the stress is spread more evenly across the driveshaft, reducing warping and ensuring your engine performs at its peak.
